During my stay, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything, from the rooms to the common areas, was kept immaculate. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern furnishings and fixtures that gave a luxurious feel to the entire establishment. The staff at this hotel were simply the best - from the receptionists who spoke excellent English and warmly welcomed me, to the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service and even helped me learn some basic Polish words. Moreover, the hotel's location was convenient, allowing me easy access to various transportation options and attractions in this city. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, helpful staff, and convenient location made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception team who spoke good English. They even found me an adapter for my phone. The restaurant staff were also very polite and the chef made delicious vegetarian meals. The hotel was extremely clean, with daily room service. The room itself was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities.

There was some nearby construction work, which made me a little anxious when I arrived. However, it didn't affect my stay and I had a week of luxury.

Great for romantic escape! Room was spacious and cosy, with a nice decor that makes you want to stay in all day. the breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable, plentiful and well prepared with local produce. As a bonus, the hotel is located close to some of the major attractions in town, making it easy to explore.

The staff was not very attentive and friendly. We missed the welcoming and friendly environment that we usually received at other hotels.
